INTRO
Fabric wristbands, often called festival wristbands, are an extremely popular option where durability and security are key requirements for admission control to events, especially if they are outdoor and required to last more than one day. Not only do they look great and serve their purpose well, they are an excellent branding and marketing tool as many people continue to wear their bands long after the event as a memento band of honour.
You can choose to have your band in woven or printed styles. Sublimation printing on a soft satin wristband can be full colour and a woven polyester wristband can include UV weaves and metallic (lurex) threads for that extra individuality and security. Once you have decided on a style there are a multitude of closures from which you can choose from. You can even colour match your closure/clasp to match your band design.
Band templates can be found on the information page and we can help you design your own unique personalised fabric wristband, pantone matching colours if required. One size should fit all but please let us know if you have any unusual requests.
Please provide your artwork in a PC format. It would be nice to specify requirements like PDF/JPEG or outlined/vectored artwork but not everyone can accommodate these requests so we ask that you send us what you have and we'll see if we can work with it. Please remember though, the higher the quality artwork the better the band will look.
The most economical option would be the woven bands. There's little to choose from between the 260mm clip style to the 350mm slide style so it's just a matter of preference. For both styles of band, if you'd like them printed please allow a further 5-15% increase. There are minor price differences in the types of closure and often can also depend on the quantities required.

Please note that these bands are made in Asia so please allow suitable time for their manufacture and delivery. As a general rule lead times are 2-4 weeks following prepayment and artwork proof approval. Lead times vary with quantities and seasonal busy periods.
If you can provide a date the bands are required for and/or event date we can ensure there is enough time to manufacture and deliver them to you.
Delivery is via courier and requires a signature so please ensure someone is around to sign for the goods. A courier is used so that the order can be tracked as we know how important these orders are.
